Photo Sharing: 21

Before posting anything serious, lets start with a photo sharing session, shall we? :p

This was a photo of a car, which is a pontiac mustang- taken at Putrajaya. The car is very big..and if im not mistaken the length of the car is almost similar as a limousine!

The interiors were all very well made and retro-like and i'm sure the owner must've been proud to drive this car around town..i mean,

Mcm kreta bapak ayam..dalam game GTA San Andreas..right? Aahahahahaha!

SORRY!!!

Gosh. I think its been a few weeks since i've last updated my blog. Sorry guys!!!!!!

I was attending kursus BTN- kursus Biro Tata Negara. It took me 5 days and it was totally awesome! (For me lah..hehe) I'll write about BTN (and many other posts as well) as soon as i'm at Kuching. (I didn't bring my laptop and broadband along..so it was hard for me to update anything-facebook, blog, twitter, emails..etc) and I'll be back on this Tuesday, evening.

Again, i'm sorry for the inactivity. It was a busy month of May for me and I can't wait to spend those holidays at home! :D

See you guys soon!

New Pair Of Shoes

I bought a new pair of shoes recently and I absolutely love them!

I'm not a big fan of shoes- nor a shoe collector, but I find that its necessary for me to buy another pair of shoes, for jog and for streetwear.

So now I have 5 pairs of shoes in total (I know some of you guys have 10. Or more). And each one of them serves a different purpose. (Not forgetting different brands too! hehe)

For those who's curious, here's some of the pictures of the shoes.

What do guys think? Canteeeekkkk kannnn? hehehehe. I like that fact that it doesn't really looks like a running shoe- its like, a sneakers, which functions as a running shoe! :p

After taking some snapshots of this lovely pair, I went out jogging with em' and I was surprised how comfortable they were! Every step when I jog was like stepping on a cushion surface. Too bad I couldn't jog that long tho, my ankle was ruining the day- have to improve my fitness level when i'm over with btn.

Jogging- a new passion!

Kuching- Lamak dah sik nangar.

I never felt this dull when i'm in Kuching.

Yesterday I went to the Spring, all alone and it doesn't really feel the same walking without friends.

Most of my friends are still studying and having some camps; i've been itching to meet them and it's been a while since i've talk in Sarawakian language. I've accidently talked in peninsular dialect to the cashier when I bought a book at MPH.

"Kak, buku ni satu ea...saye nak bayar pakai voucher.."

Where it should've been-

"Kak, buku tok sigek..kmk mok bayar pakei voucher.."

It's been a while, Kuching.

It's been a while.

TDP UK Dinner

A year has passed and not many could've imagine how fast time flies. Everyone was looking forward to the end of this semester and i'm sure everyone, insyaAllah, will go to our respective UK universities after this.

Though we were taken as one batch during college and then separated to our respective universities according to our courses, but, meeting everyone back at the dinner was something that truly gives that kind of special moment- a memory.

We took a lot of pictures, and here's some of the best bits that i'd like to share.

I'll miss you guys, thats for sure.

*Content Warning- Lots of pictures!

Fuck. That's a lot of pictures to be uploaded..took me more than an hour..-.-.

Anyways, it was such a fun-filled day that night. Sad that we had to go earlier though. The food was superb, especially the lamb chop (Cepat gile habisss!!!!) and congratulations to Marinah, Hazeem and Michelle for the best student award!

Here, I would like to thank my lecturers, who gave their all to teach us during our stay at UniKL and their support and dedication. Not forgetting to our sponsors too, MARA, for giving us the opportunity to study overseas!

Ahhh..those were the days..

P:S// See you guys at BTN!!

The Klipsch S4 Review: Bang In My Ears

I care about my music.

So far i've invested a lot for my music listening equipment, and recently i've added the Klipsch S4 into that list. It costs much more than my Sennheiser, and the price paid was totally worth it (RM330), with the sounds are totally rich and splendid.

The Klipsch S4 was produced during the 2009's and though they are a lot of reviews regarding this earphone, but I think I wanted to write a review of it on my own- and this earphone was regarded one of the best by CNET.

Unboxing the Klipsch S4 gave me no surprises however, with the earphones, ear tips, manuals and the metal casing all inside. I wished that Klipsch could provide a proper casing instead of the metal case though, because its quite cumbersome to put the earphones inside case . (A zipper case or bag would be nice)

So. The earphones are made of high quality plastic and I didn't particularly like it. (I have bad taste against plastics) and the cables are much more durable, compared to my Sennheisers. Overall the build quality of the Klipsch is "okay", and there's something missing too- the eartip cleaner.

I think the newer production Klipsch S4 doesnt include an eartip cleaner. Oh well.

When I insert the Klipsch inside my ears, it was truly a pleasure. Its totally comfortable! After a prolonged use- I didn't experience much fatigue and I could listen to my music much much longer.

The sound quality? Totally awesome! With proper noise isolation, a high bit-rate and frequency music file gave me such bliss of heavenly music listening. I think you guys have to try it yourself to test how good these cans sound! I think listening Maroon 5 with the Klipsch using my ipods were like listening them live in concert!

Okay- I think that's a bit too exaggerative, haha. But still, the sound quality is very, very good.

Additionally, I do find the Klipsch S4 very stylish- something streetwise peeps should consider.

As a verdict, I would say the Klipsch S4 is one of the best pairs of headphones i've owned so far. There're a lot more quality headphones out there and its not cheap- they cost thousands and the Klipsch S4, fits my wallet pretty well.

Build Quality: 3/5
Features: 3.5/5
Ease Of Use: 5/5
Looks: 4.5/5
Sound Quality: 5/5
Overall: 4.2/5

FYI, Klipsch is one of the leading companies at US in producing high quality speakers and headphones- founded by Paul Klipsch, the hi-fi perfectionist.

Take a close look at it, it seems that the picture is moving, right? Actually its not! Its just an optical illusion! :p

Its fun to take some time to relax after studying and look at this picture. Its like some kinda underworld thingy.

A Dream, Accomplished.

I still couldn't find a reason why I was selected to be one of the winners for the Perdana Leadership Foundation Essay Competition. I think I wrote a lot of crap and bullshit. Seriously. A lot of them. Especially that bullshit part.

Oh yeah.

Anyways, last Tuesday was the prize giving ceremony which was held at the Putrajaya and the man himself, our former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad was there to give away the prizes and boy, was I nervous.

Before he gave away the prizes he did gave a little pep talk regarding "Leaders, and Followers" which is really really good. The thing that I find interesting was that all the speakers before this gave their speeches using a manuscript but Tun Dr. Mahathir did not.

A few key phrases that I would quote from the man himself;

"A lot of people ask me how to become a good leader, but not even one of them ask me how to become a good follower"

"A good leader, have educated and well behaved followers as well as know how distinguish either good nor bad"

It was a good speech. I enjoyed listening it and it was my first time listening to Tun speaks infront of his audiance. I was awed. And there comes the prize giving ceremony which he held out his hand and spoke-

"Tahniah".

I shook his hands, albeit looking fragile with all those wrinkles but to be honest, I was honored to be standing beside one of the great leaders of Malaysia.

Although I didn't get that elusive tea table talk with him (only the grand and first prize winners were given the opportunity) but still I did took a picture with him afterwards and in my little mind spoke:

"FUCK. IS THIS A DREAM?"

And I know it wasn't.

P:S// Still another week of exams to go. DAMN EB WAS SOOO HARD!!!!
